The management and staff of Elevation Properties are dedicated in their pursuit of providing service excellence to their clients.

This will be achieved through the consistent employment of the highest business ethics, coupled with an attitude of professionalism from all staff members.

In order to maintain our position of leadership in the industry, we will continue to adopt our clients' goals as our own, and work in harmony with the client towards realizing those goals.

We recognize that personal attention is paramount, for after all, we are a company of people interfacing with other people.

Although well established in the Midrand area, the company has now expanded into the Northern belt to include, but not limited to: Sunninghill / Rivonia / Woodmead / Fourways / Bryanston / Sandton/Parktown/Rosebank.

The group has grown rapidly over the years and is staffed by a team of property professionals.

Each member of the team is not only fully conversant with all property matters however; they are focused towards producing a comprehensive and professional service to clients.
In the past 18 months, the group has concluded over 120 brokerage transactions with a capitalised value in excess of R100 million. Clients include Plessey SA, Dimension Data, Radiospoor, Motorola, Imperial Group, Stocks Civils, Royal Foods, King Pie, Cedar, Vadek to name a few.

Camilla Hutton - Owner
Camilla has eight years international experience with a University education from the United States. Her extensive career with the Marriott Hotel Group at Senior management level, along with the Walt Disney Company - opening Euro Disney, provides her with invaluable experience in all facets of international business matters. Camilla has actively been involved in the property industry since 1993, being appointed as Director of Elevation Properties, since 1999.

Sharon Fox - Commercial Broker
Sharon is new to the property industry, having worked for Andersen Consulting for 10 years, followed by 16 years in the insurance industry, during which period she played an integral part in the development of her husband’s company, Quotemaster.
Born and educated in Natal, Sharon was awarded a scholarship at St John’s DSG and held a number of leadership positions. Thereafter, she spent 4 years in Zimbabwe, where she won the title of Jacaranda Queen, and was a Miss Rhodesia finalist.
Sharon recently joined Elevation Properties, and firmly believes that property is the most solid investment one can make.

Cindy Weyers - Commercial Broker
Cindy Started off as a personal assistant in 2002 for Elevation Properties.With hard work and determination, she is now a specialist in Commercial, Industrial and Retail property in the Midrand Area.
